Participation in Business Meetings (B2B Meetings Program) – AGROTICA 2026
Within the framework of the AGROTICA exhibition, HELEXPO, in cooperation with the Federation of Industries of Greece (SBE) – a member of the Enterprise Europe Network – Hellas, is organizing an international business meetings (B2B) event on Thursday 12 and Friday 13 March (11:00–18:00), held on-site at the exhibitors’ booths/stands at the TIF Exhibition Center.
The Agrotica Exhibition is UFI-certified and promotes the development of the primary sector, strengthening the international outreach of the agricultural industry.
International buyers will participate in the event and will have the opportunity to come into direct contact with Greek companies (exhibitors) and conduct targeted business (B2B) meetings. Participating buyers will be able, through the B2Match platform, to view exhibitors’ profiles, evaluate their products and services, and submit meeting requests with those of interest.
Exhibitors should have a fully completed, clear, and attractive company profile to increase their chances of being selected by buyers and to maximize the benefits of their participation.

- conduct targeted B2B meetings, provided they are selected by buyers

PARTICIPATION PROCEDURE – Deadline: 09/03/2026

- Creation of a complete company profile in English – Presentation of products/services and description of the sought cooperation
- Receipt and management of meeting requests from buyers – Possibility to confirm or decline requests until: 10 March 2026
- Conduct of scheduled B2B meetings – Held in person at the exhibitors’ booths/stands, according to a personalized schedule
