Exhibitor’s FAQs

As a first step, you will need to fill out the online registration form. Once we receive your application in our online system, we will contact you to recommend the appropriate exhibition space and proceed with the procedures to finalize your participation.

In any case of cancellation, you may follow the relevant regulation annex and the terms of participation of the exhibition which you can find here.

In particular, the following apply:

  • In case of cancellation 30 to 1 calendar day before the opening of the exhibition, the registration right and the total participation amount are withheld.

  • In case of cancellation 60 to 31 calendar days before the opening of the exhibition, the registration right and the advance payment are withheld.

  • In case of cancellation 61 or more calendar days before the opening of the exhibition, the right to register is reserved.

You can start construction work 5 days before the opening of the exhibition with a deadline of 1 day before its start.

Exhibitors are entitled to a free parking space on exhibition days in a specially designed area. Entry to this area is by showing the parking card received from the secretariat.
